3. Download C-BCN Registration form
4. Complete Registration Form, email to [email protected] and drop original in the mail with $30 non-refundable deposit before May 31 for promotional rate (post marked).  After May 31 $35 if space available. After deadline please email to confirm space availability (late fee will be assessed)
5. Final confirmation with be emailed once all of the above have been completed and Net Results waiver complete
