Please be sure to complete this contact information, download the registration form, send non-refundable deposit of $40 before May 30, 2015 for special promotional pricing. Your non-refundable deposit must be received in order to be considered for camp. If received after June 1 you will be put on waiting list and a $15 late fee will be assessed. Any registration received after June 1 will be $55.00. Session will be cancelled if less than 20 players register. If you have completed and sent your $40 registration and event is cancelled you will receive your refund.
